My Mongolab collection has no documents
This means that the data is not making it off of your uploader device. Check the following:
– The bg displayed on both the dexcom and the phone CGM app match
– The phone has wifi or data service.
– Your URI string and Collection are entered correctly (Case Sensitive and username/password does not contain special characters or symbols).
– The time setting on all devices is the same: check am/pm, time zone, etc. It can be off by a few minutes, but it must be close.
– The uploader phone is at least Android OS 4.x (or newer).
– You have the OTG cable plugged into the phone and the two cables are tightly connected.
